60% of Windows Code to be Re-Written
We find out that 60% of Windwos Vista code must be re-written. Well, it's no wonder now that Microsoft has decided to replace it's head of Windows development. I don't want to upgrade to Vista anymore.... I'll wait 2 years for all the mess to be cleaned up.
