RIAA sues the wrong person
Via Slashdot, the Boston Globe has this article, where the RIAA has sued the wrong person. With RIAA's 261 subpoenas, this was bound to happen. Not to be outdone, Kazaa is suing the RIAA because they are using unauthorized versions of Kazaa to search for filesharers.
